May 2020

Fortunately for us, Covid worries begin to settle down in Wyoming in May.  Numbers were low, so we felt comfortable having some gatherings with family. It was so hard to know what risks to take and I know how very lucky we are.

The pigs getting to know the beef.

I found a huge elk shed while walking up Windy Ridge early one morning.

We brought a new kitten into our house towards the end of May.  His name is Oscar.  The kids absolutely adore him and its been fun to have a distraction.

He wasn't so sure about Joe's goatee!

We celebrated Maya's Birthday - she turned 11!

We also celebrated Jacob's Birthday!  He turned 7!

Jacob wanted a surprise party, so that's what he got!  I couldn't get the video to load, so this screenshot will have to do! He was definitely surprised!

Jacob and Papa Don at the surprise party!

My Mom & Dad came to visit to help celebrate the kids' birthdays!

My picture was in the paper and Jacob made me this card with the cutout!  Such a sweet boy

This made me giggle - our highschools were actually able to hold graduation on the football field

Kids getting some SPRINKLER time in!
